Duct tape.

Or use a plastic knife, just as easy.

i doubt duct tape would work
but its not illegal, just our school is trying to make quick cash by confiscating cell phones and charging 20 bucks to get em back

just trying to cheat the system

Duct tape fools the detectors in stores, just duct tape the inside of your bag.

And furthermore, who told the officials that detectors would find cell phones? There CAN'T be enough metal in them

And if you want to cheat the system inside the system, take the school to court. There's definitely something up with that unless the cell phone rule is no phone on school grounds (which I doubt). Its definitely an invasion of privacy to screen every student, or even just random ones, just to catch cell phones.

Apparently these are handheld detectors, but I STILL don't understand why they are using metal detectors to find a primarily PLASTIC item. HOW??!
