Let's sum this up shall we?

There are no programs that do this, except for a proxy script, which I would barely call a program.

If you are on dial-up and unplug your modem, 99% of the time it should change your IP address. Though it should work sometimes on DSL.

Now, if you don't want to be traced, www.proxy.org is a highly recommended site.

the dial-up thing... mmm... no way in hell someone could run WoW on a dial-up connection. a dynamic IP via DSL is still traceable. and a generic proxy... no.

1. Click Start
2. Click run
3. In the run box type cmd.exe and click OK
4. When the command prompt opens type the following. ENTER after each new line.
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit
