Where could i buy Potassium Nitrate or SaltPeter
These are the things i heard:

You can buy it online!
-- Yes but i don't want to do that

It is the same thing as stump remover! and also It is in stomp remover
-- Which one is true? If the second one is true, i know there is some extraction process that i do not want to go through... If it is a Stump Remover, what is it called?

Just buy it over the counter!
-- Would they really let someone under the age of 18 buy this?

If anyone could elaborate a little more on any of this (especially buying the stump remover one) i would really appreciate it!

KNO3 is not the same thing as stump remover, but it is in stump remover. I don't know where you could get it over the counter, but I don't think they'd care how old you are. The easiest thing to do is buy almost pure KNO3 on ebay for cheap.

It's also in many fertilizers, specifically those with a large nitrate amount. You may be able to use Deo's link to purify it out.
