It also comes in Grants Stump remover, It has the same physical characteristics and im pretty sure the same chemical properties. If you've ever ordered KnO3 OR [Saltpeter] You wont notice a difference in the stump remover, as ghost said. Greenlantern works just as well.

People reckon that salt peter is used for preserving foods and could be obtained at a butcher (used on bacon or some shit) but im not sure.
