no, black powder will explode when confined but not very fast in relation to other explosives. but hey, it can propel a cannon ball hundreds of yards. We had a long discussion in the Riot grenade thread about this i think. Shadowstep, what energetic materials are you able to make considering your supplies? blackpowder will work and probably wont have people pulling pellets out of their skin. My kclo4/3 micron aluminum flash powder produced quite painful bloody welts when 8 grams was surrounded by .12gram airsoft bb's. For some reason the superiors on this forum doubted me when i brought this up

haha nice thats a pretty sweet grenade you made i mainly use smoke grenades in painball but a airsoft pellet grenade sounds good too. but i use high explosive and i don't want to hurt anyone(too bad), i think i was the one that said black powder won't create the force needed for a powerfull explosion but i was wrong, i forgot about black powder pipe bombs. they can do some serios damage

but "toilet roll" grenades are the best when you toss them out of a car in front of someone (X

haha nice onetime i made one of those little smoke balls look like a cherry bomb(bassicly all i did was paint it red) and threw it in someones car window when they stopped at the stop sign infrom of my house. they jumped out screaming "BOMB!!!" and i just ran. they were freaking out till they looked and saw the smoke
