Here are your list of ingredients:

Itching powder
Flour
Paper towel

What you need to do is get 75 part flower to 5 parts itching powder mix it good put it in a paper towel and throw it @ a nerd as he walks down the street. what it hits he he will be itching for the rest of his day :P :lol: :evil: :twisted:
