i have both of these. i know that if mix both these chemicals in water and heat t up it it'll form potassium nitrate and strontium iodide. i have a question. if i did this, what would i need to do to seperate both those substances and what can i do with strontium iodide?

Ok heres what your gonna do keep the strontium nitrate. Take the potassium iodide mix with ammonia and h2o2 and get pure iodine.

where can i get h2o2? and if i get the pure iodine, wouldn't it just make fire while reacting to the oxygen in the air? but i wanted to do this to get potassium nitrate to blow it up. i was just wondering what to do with the waste.

Just get the the KNO3 as stump remover or order it online with a money order. Pure iodine isn't flammable. It will just sublime quickly so keep it in a tight container.
