PVC Pipe + carpet/material/soft plastic + rubbing = static charge/shock (rub your PVC on the carpet a whiles and hold near your arm - hairs raising towards the PVC indicates static charge)

SO don't use PVC if static charge/shocks are an issue

correct, isiah, i'm suprised that nobody pointed that out earlier....could've had dangerous results....
