ok so i heard that mixing 1 part kno3 1 part granulated sugar and 2 parts h20 would make a paste that you could then soak strings, shoelaces, etc in and let them dry to create a fuse .
any input on if this works or not ? it would really help . ive used the search engine already.

yeah, it works in pretty much any ratio.. 50/50 KNO3 and sugar in hot water, but use toilet or tissue paper..or paper towels they work alot better

heres a bit i made a while back.. i dont use it much though..its to hygroscopic and i dont need it anyways i just use visco or flying fish fuse

im pretty sure this type of fuse is called "touch paper"

k well i made some and it burns quite nicely .
yeah i wouldnt reccomend using shoelaces ... takes too long to dry out and burns weird . ill try tissue paper and see how much better it burns
