a thin walled large diameter cardboard tube with a 5g flash charge suspended in the middle and the remainder filled with WET (dry will simply turn to dust) shit would make a nice 360 splatter effect.

You CAN'T find someones dna in his shit, simply because there are too many bacteria in there which fuck up the dna profile, and piss of a normal person doesn't contain dna either.
