A .22 if you live in the country. Otherwise, a baseball bat. Why do you feel the need to use explosives on groundhogs? Granted, watching stuff blow up is fun, but they're not always the most effective things to use

take the top off a bullet pur a little paint thinner in, you cant really get hurt unless you hold your hand over the bullet(witch i dont recomend)
