What is the best way to make a rocket explode on impact?
I know there are many complicated ways to do it but is there a simple way?

Not sure, but an idea could be that exploding paste....ammonium mixed with iodine crystals, which explodes with shock. The shock of the rocket taking off would probably set it off though, so read into it a bit further.

what i would do is put a push button igniter in the tip of the rocket with a little stick or sumthing coming off the igniter, so when the rocket hits sumthing it sparks the igniter and explodes whatever explosive you have in it.

you should read the previous thread on this subject.

the idea of using an push button lighter, i don't think would work
assuming your talking about a pezo-electric lighter,
this would tend to be to flimsy and would probably break on impact
you would need to find some way making it stronger.

there are far more easy options than this, (read the thread)
things like making the tip of the rocket into a crumple zone and placing
a blasting cap behind it is a much easier option.
