i am only 16 and need some powder and but i cant buy it at a sporting goods store. and i was wondeing if the stuff in .22 and .223 rifle rounds is porpelent like shotgun shells? or is it gun powder? also if it is of use how should i try to extract it without blowing off my head?

first off leave cartriges alone dumbshit or your gonna be the kid on the news i get mad at cuz he went did somthing dumb as fuck and is dead now so now its even harder to get shit i need to have fun. now thats that out of the way use model rocket engins black powder crush it up there ya go.
