I will explain why. The Hj2 carbon atoms denature as they are added with the Anc this is its natural defence mechanism when reaction with other chemicals to retain its bond to j2. The 02 is a catalyst even though it does end up at the end of the reaction, The chemical produces in full is 0xygenDihalemi, this is useful for polishing leather shoes and using in the oil industry.
