ok i know this has nothing to do with pyro but still give me the simple steps to make a potatoe gun out of stuff you would have at the house, and i know you have to have a spark of something like that could i use the spark thing from a lighter. please get back fast

2 foot 3 inch diameter piece of pvc pipe
3 foot 2 inch diameter piece of pvc pipe
3 inch to 2 inch reducer
screw on cap for the 3 inch diameter piece of pvc
gas grill ignitor button(not the wired on)
1 - 1 1/2 steel bolt

connect the pvc piping together with pvc glue like any normal person would
drill 2 holes about 5 inches from the screw on cap on the 3 inch diameter piece. make sure the holes arent too big or your fucked and gotta start over
make the one hole big enough so the grill ignitor swich fits in there securely and wont move make the other hole so the bolt fits securely and doesnt move
make sure the grill ignitor button and the bolt arent too close to where the spark is too small but not too far apart so there is no spark 1 - 2 centimeters apart should make for a good spark

put the potato in the 2 inch diameter piece of pvc pipe and push it down but not too far you dont want to to go into the 3 inch piece
take hairspray and spray it in the other end (the 3 inch piece for those of you not paying attention to any of this) and screw the cap on push the grill ignitor button until it shoots

pretty simple, takes about 20 mins to assemble and about 30 bucks if you gotta buy all the stuff

these things can cause some damage to people cars and siding on a house etc etc

you can make a less dangerous pneumatic one. Those are a lot more fun, they can be used more often and they can be a lot more safe.

yeah.. u can use two bolts .. and screw them into opposite sides of the combustion chamber. ( spaced close together so a spark can jump across ) .. then just use your car battery and a pair of jumpers...

its simple..
