whats up. i recently have been extremly board and watched too many action movies and decided that it would be fun to blow the fuck out of somthin! I went ahead and reasearched it a little and decided to make pipe/schrapnel bombs. ive bought 1" cast iron threaded pipes with threaded end caps, nails, duct tape, and a shit ton of cannon fuse! all i need now is a propellant. i wanted to use flash powder (potassium perchlorate and dark aluminum) but cant find a website or store that will sell large amounts of potassium perchlorate to me with out an atf permit.(skylighter, cheap-chemicals, science lab, chemical register)gay websites.
is there a site i can purchase potassium perchlorate from without permit or is there a substitute i can use for oxidizer that will work equally as well? or should i just consider a diffrent propellant?

First start off with BP rolled up in cardboard, then move on to PVC, copper pipes, etc, always start off with low amounts.

KNO3,Sugar,Charcoal.

KNO3,Sulphur,Charcoal.

Then there is the CIA Black powder.

CIA black powder is exactly the fucking same as regular black powder except for the way it is mad,e and maybe the slightest difference in burn speed. But it's irrelevant.

Also, KNO3/Su/Charcoal is no composition i've ever heard of.

me and a couple friends have already used old empty 12g. Co2 cart*****s to pack with FFFFg primer powder. we also made 1"diameter pvc casings for 4F
powder and works/tin foil bombs both of wich we wraped with nails, glass, bbs, etc. they worked good, but we now want to make somthing bigger! this wouldnt be the first thing ive ever made that goes BOOM!.... thanks for the concern tho! and the recipe. ill giv it a try..

Then do a study on Acetone Peroxide and ANFO, you will have a big "boom" then.
