ok, go to skylighter.com and buy potassium perchlorate and aluminum dark powder, mix the two and you get flashpowder. You cant buy them seperately becuase the site wont accept ur payment if th two are bought together. Also you have to buy at LEAST $30 worth of stuff, so minimim is $60, but u end up w/ over a lb of flash powder.
