WPA2 Enterprise with a tripple redundant hardware Firewall w/VPN and 4 Snort sensors (two before the firewall, two after). should really do the trick. Then limit the IP pool on the network router to however many computers you want authorized, then set the IP to be static on each of them (so as to not have them intrude... and have them be traceable in case some forensics needs to be done.). Rig up the sysctl.conf, and tune the IPTables... then setup a cron-tab for chrootkit and have a script that IM or TXT's you whenever something fishy goes on within the network (port scan, DDoS, remote root login, etc.) ....
