pool supply stores are always good places to go

Pool supply stores are a great place to buy oxidizers, but besides that they really don't carry much else in the way of explosive chemicals. They usually sell some class 1-3 oxidizers, and at one time they sold class 4 oxidizers, but they have all but stopped selling class 4's. If you buy anything above a class 2 you have a good chance of killing yourself if you don't treat them with the proper precautions. If you are going to buy any I would advise straying away from class 3 and class 4 oxidizers unless you really know what you're doing.
