Alright I got this formula and before I do it, I want to double check it. It's for C4.

9 parts chlorate (was told could use gas is this correct?)
1 part vasoline

If you know a better formula please feel free to tell me, but if you want you can just give me the correct ratio for the one above.

That's not C4, that's a world war one era sprengel exlplosive. it sucks dick. skip it, there are better uses for your chlorate.

yeah it not c4 per say but it still pretty good for sticky bombs and can be pretty powerful if packed right.
