I'm from the Philippines. About the napalm thing, we call it Rugby here. Its not just for pyro uses, many poor druggy addicts in our place inhales it. As a drug, its very available that even 7 year old street children use that. Better watch out, you may never know if your neighbor's son was sniffing one in his room. Nice thread though it was discussed many times here.
