my m80s are complete failures....please help

So i've been looking on how to make an M80....but everytime i try I dont get a big explosion. I think my problem is endcaps! I CANNOT SEEM TO MAKE A GOOD ENDCAP! 1st I take a dowel and wrap manilla folder around it until its about an 1/8th of an inch wall, Now Can someone please finish this recipe with directions on endcaps. I've even checked the internet and people say to use tissue paper heavily coated in elmers white glue and shove it in the tube......didnt seem to work to well though. If your idea works I will videotape it and show u how it did.

No, put a small piece of cardboard or cork in the ends as caps, then comepletely coat the ends in hotglue. Make sure you trim the cork down to size and glue it in well.

Or lick the thing where it comes out. lol, anyways...

take a regular piece of paper and coat it in glue/cemt of a kind(rubber), you can also try epoxy.

Then use that dowel you were talking about and ram this into the ends, do this to both ends. More presure creates a better explosion.
