Ok it seems we do need a lesson in Nuclear Weapons then.

First of all, I never said it was impossible if you have the correct tools which I can garuntee that none of anyone here has due to each weapon has its own specific key. I also did not say that the components of a Nuke cannot be used either. But to make the Nuclear reaction needed to go full tilt, you need ALL the required keys, commands and codes.

So heres a basic rundown of a nuclear devices operation.

Basically you have two units of radioactive material, most often U-235 due to its ability for inducable fission. Like all matter it is made up of atoms, about one four-hundreth of a millionth of an inch in diameter. This small assed atom pretty much runs like a solar system. Its the sun of that solar system, or the nucleus, that we fuck with. The way we fuck with it is to mess up its normal balance and split it. This is done by saturating it with extra electrons and causing the atom to become unstable and begin to break apart. As it does it creates energy, which makes more electrons that bombard other U-235 atoms in a lethal and unstoppable chain reaction. This process occurs at over 400 million MILLION time . . . in a split second. While this energy is building, the trigger holds the two peices apart, until it releases and propels the two peices together into a supercritical hunk which multiplies the reaction time and sends the entire mass into a completely uncontrollable and explosive reaction.

Now the way those two peices are slammed together is by placing two special shaped charges, which must be detonated at the exact same time, to within one thousandth of a second, with precise force. If one charge does not go off, or does not go off within the ratio of time to distance to the other peice, the entire reaction will mellow down to nothing except a critical mass of radioactive slag. A nuclear weapon is the most complicated, yet simple, weapons on the planet. Even if you found the weapon, the trigger device is set up that if you try to rig it, it will destroy itself its that delicate. So depending on how this weapon was lost, idk, the trigger device is most likely already destroyed and the weapon is useless for a full scale nuclear detonation.

Now you could make a dirty bomb, just make sure you send it to the fucking ayatollah thats killings my brothers in Iraq and the 'Ghan!!

"First of all, I never said it was impossible if you have the correct tools which I can garuntee that none of anyone here has"
-First of all yes you did imply and say it were impossibly to detonate one.
-Here are two of your original quotes:

"There is no chance of it going off, and theres no chance of anyone to detonate it sooo, nope"

"*Ghost, even if you do find it it will be impossible for you to detonate it. But it would be cool to have it."

I do not have the tools, nor do I know anyone who can do this. It's not impossible.

"Ok it seems we do need a lesson in Nuclear Weapons then."
-No not really, just a certain someone needs to be more specific and "on track" with a few statements.

"I also did not say that the components of a Nuke cannot be used either."
-Where did I state anywhere that you had said you couldn't use the components from a nuke?
-All I states is another way of using a nuclear device.

"you need ALL the required keys, commands and codes."
-Two keys, one code.
-Unless you're launching it from a base.

Ok whatever. Either way my two original statements still are true in their basic sense. There is no chance of it going off by itself, and no one here has the required "things" to arm it to detonate. Also this Nuke is probably been terminated, where the keys to arm it were destroyed.

Lets not get into any arguments, I really dont want to get into any. I said it wrong, I apologize, lets move on.

"Either way my two original statements still are true in their basic sense."
-And that is?

"There is no chance of it going off by itself"
-That is true, but lets not say impossible.
-Once a nuke fell off from 1,700 ft and detonated on impact.

"no one here has the required "things" to arm it to detonate"
-I agree.

"Also this Nuke is probably been terminated"
-If it were previously armed then yes.

"where the keys to arm it were destroyed."
-There are ways around that, but no one here is able to do so.

I know how a nuke works. I also know how to reverse-engineer anything. If I can get into the case, I can det the charge lense. And unless it's a solid sphere of adamantium, I can get into the case.

The hard part is controlling a det by remote arm, or using the built-in firing system. But it's not hard to program the right blast sequence using a STAMP chip switching several capacitors hooked into the slappers.

On the whole, if I could find it, I could do it. This is not something which can be argued with.

not hard, just hit it with a mallet or hammer, or in JOE DIRTS case, shoot some fireworks at it (haha)
