I am considering making a small version of a compund rocket. I only need two things, parrafin wax, and laughing gas. My question is, how do you make laughing gas?

Isnt Nitrous laughing gas? the stuff you use for cars? in small amounts with air isnt that laughing gas? I know that if you huff nitrous you'll get really fucked up...but thats what I heard...that the nitrious stuff for cars is laughing gas basically

1)i m not of age.
2)I do not have a legal permit to have it. Though my uncle does all that shit. he has nitrous bottles all over his garage, i could ask him though he would say no if I gave him my reason. lol.

heat ammonium nitrate it decomposes to water vapor and N2O. get the following item 2 feet glass tube,test tube.stopper water and a beaker. then i will instruct you the rest of the way

laughing gass is used as a propellent in whipped cream. its prolly in low amounts mixed with co2 and it would be lots of hard work getting it seperated. but if u dont want whatever ur makin to burn it would be ok but less fun .

Yeah, laughing gas (also knows as NOX) is mostly a propellant or a coolant. You could try to get your hands on a NOX tank they use in streetracing, but they're expensive.

yeah...you can buy cannisters of it for making your own whipped cream....in new zealand, they sell them in most dairies, and most people use them to get high there....

i know that around here they sell them in some porno shops......not sure where else they sell them..they're about the size of a CO2 cannister......

it's pure N2O in those cart*****s. we call them 'nangs' here when you crack them into a balloon and get high on them.
