he says don't let fear stop you when fear is your intelligence telling you that it isn't something that you should be doing because it will hurt you. There are times when you gotta let fear stop you because the rough ninety percent of our brains that we dont use knows things and tried to tell us when it knows tha something is going to end bad. That is fear and that is why fear should stop him in this instance
