Ok, we all know this website is not here for pure educational purposes, but there are rules. We know a lot of the shit you learn how to do on here is illegal and could be used with malice, but the key is that you can't say that. You might want to kill somebody, but if you say it on here then not only do you incriminate yourself but you put the forum at risk of being shut down. In the end it isn't actually about your crime but the fact that your crime might get the site shut down.

We don't care about what you do, so long as it doesn't threaten the site (plotting to attack your neighbors with an RPG threatens the site).

Debatable . I think they were talking about federal agencies shutting us down, but yeah, that would definately be a cause to the ACB being shut down.
