they sell empty cartidges that you can fill with your own custom blend of gun powder. and they sell machines that seal the cartidges.

N2O, couldn't just shorten the wire so that the seal comletes then it fires the round? I may be wrong, but it sounds logical, no?

Yeah
I've shortened the wire, and it works a little bettter.

I can't mail order ammo, because I don't have a gun license.

You must also get a "License to acquire" so all ammunition is always tracked.

I don't think you could build a better gun temptation.

Remember I've used NOTHING that was prefabricated.

I've made the entire thing myself.

have you tried shortening the wire? If there is more room between the two contacts the chamber wil have more time to seal itself. As long as the seal is in place and is not a flemsy O-Ring, you shouldn't have any blowback. Post a video when you finish, I want to see the accuracy. What are you using to heat the wire? Battery? Flame?

Good luck.

It's battery powered so that it is more concealable, etc.

It'll take about another 2 weeks to be ready, and I'll post pics.

I've just got a rifle barrel too, and it's fucking good.

N2O, where do you live that the guns and ammo is so restricted?

anyways what you might want to try is to actually make a muzzle loader. Basically its your idea except the actual firing pin, as in your wire, isnt the best idea for this. In one of your blowbacks it might hit you in the face. What you should do is the flashpan style. Its simpler and much safer when dealing with home made materials like you are.

I'm designing a semiauto for my own custom rounds, it's supposed to be made from available matterials. I'll put the plans online when I finish with the calculations, which might take awhile.
