I always hear people (adults mainly) saying that a hairspray/AXE can flamethrower can somehow make the fire suck back in the can and explode. Is this true?

I done it a bunch of times though just to show that I know what I'm saying

it needs a constant heat/fire source to make it go back into the can. so if it looks like its going back just take away the heat. and when u take the flame away and you think it went in or got close to the can just hold it a few more seconds.

hold the flame a few inches away from the can and u should be good 2 go. those kinda adults will find fault with every thing. they tell u how ur guna die from it and tell u the worst possible way it could turn out. yea if u take a can and put the lighter right infront of it and watch the flame go in2 the can and blow u 2 shit u desirve to die. but honestly if u see a flame moving twards the opening of a highly preasurized canister ud have 2 be retarted to let it keep goin. eather let go of the button the makes it come out or let the gass off the lighter. then sayin it will go back and kill u is like saying "oh throwin that peble in the water will make a angry shark jump out and eat u" is it possible yes, but is it goin 2 happen no. its a 1 in a milllion thing. use some comon sence and u arn't guna have it blow up on u.

then yes the flame will go back in the can

iwith hairspray it's never backtracked on me but with axe the can was running low and it back tracked and set the plastic spray part on fire

yea, my friend was using tag and the can was only half way open

... luckily he put it out in time

i use cooking spray.... it creates a longer flame.... axe works well, yes.... but i enjoy the cooking spray! lmao

trial and error evn tho u might blow your hand off hahaha
