Why do people take apart rifle and shotgun shells. Its much easier to go and buy a tin of blackpowder. And you dont have empty shells and bullets/shot sitting around.

The stuff you want to buy is fine grade [Muzzle Loading Black Powder]. It will say on the can "THIS IS NOT SMOKELESS POWDER", and can usually be found at gun shops etc... It has enough powder in it to fill about 40 CO2 cart***ges and only runs like $14.99. Gotta love gun powder funnels for reloading, they fit right onto them They make real loud booms and shrapnel though, not for city or around people use.
