Does any one know where i can find Potassium Perchlorate & German Aluminum to make flash powder.....other than a website i mean like at store ?

Potassium can be extracted. Mix watever per is with chlorate, with potassium and youll have Potassium Perchlorate. Shouldnt normale aluminium do?

no. flash powder is just about one of the weakest explosives there are. and it's not sensitive either. it's the stuff that's in firecrackers. you can just empty out some firecrackers and then you'll have flash powder.

Actually, you don't want to let air in. This will oxidize your aluminum particles and make them less reactive.

Aluminum can be milled, as above. If you build a chlorate cell you can generate your own potassium/sodium chlorate or perchlorate from salt.
