and all flash powders are sensitive to a certain degree... the more powerful or usable flash is going to be sensitive KCLO4+pyro aluminium is fairly stable in storage, but is friction and slighty static sensitive, the least sensitive and most powerful in my current opinion would be using a metal oxide for the oxidiser and aluminium for the fuel based on the fact it would be the most powerful easily obtainable and stable fuel ,eg, CuO+Al this needs sufficient heat to ignite as thermite would, but its supposably a very sensitive composition. but it can depend on the type of aluminium you use.. to ignite it id use visco fuse and a prime of either KCLO4/3 and sugar
