i sent away for chemicals from www.kno3.com to make flash powder. my parents where there when the package came in and now im banned from ordering any thing offline or any other way of "unsafe materials" i dont wanna get caught again but i still need flash powder. does n e one no of n e way i can mail it to a piel box, or set up my own mail box?
