Dude, firetime is one of the few people on here who actually knows what he's talking about. If you fill a pingpong ball with chlorine, then yes, if the gasoline gets through, it will explode. However, it's unlikely to get through the whole pingpong ball all at once, so it would just leek out. Even if it somehow did get through all at the same time, it's a very small amount and not nearly big enough to blow up a car.
