Its because of people putting up new threads for something that already existed. we're tired of people just posting threads that have already been posted and asking questions that were already answered.

Also, the only difference between c4 and c3 is the plasticizer and binder. they were changed during the sixties because the binder and plasticizer from c3 made the compositio brittle in cold weather.
