yes that is considered a pipe bomb in any state in the U.S. It's increadibly dangerouse to have and the charges, Fuck I dont even wanna talk about the charges you could get.

middle school yes, but very fun to do. I have to say that it makes quite a hole in you're lawn. it's also fun to put them under a cardboard box. Try it you'll see.
