Gasoline itself isn't explosive, so unless you manage to sensitize something with it (like AN) or form some bizzaire petrochemical based salt or petroleum based nitrate you're just going to wind up with some flammable shit, which is what you had before you messed with the gasoline.

Good point. Has anyone here ever tried nitrating petroleum? Or what actually is being nitrated in the petroleum? Obviously the benzene but what else.
