yeah i bought the sticks at a garage sale thee were all differents colors im assuming they contained different chlorate quantities.im pretty sure it was just carbon and a chlorate pressed into a stick. wo it liberated oxygen though that wouldnt make sense cause the carbon would use the oxygen. lol w/e idk. it was a long time ago

well co2 bombs make a nice boom when lit off you don't even have to make it just pour gas over a little co2 tank and light it wait a min then it will blow

1. Nobody in this thread has ever made or used C4. I guarantee it. Spartan_slayer, what did you set it off with? Seriously, I'm calling you out.

2. Blockbusters and "quartersticks" are not dyanamite. They're flash powder, which is powerful stuff but not a high explosive.

3. By the way, it's spelled "dynamite." Try google some time.

4. Solidox does work if you can find it; It's potassium chlroate, which can be used to make flash with any reduceable substance (sugar, aluminum, magnesium, charcoal...). However, the stuff hasn't been sold stateside for many decades.
