I think it would be cool cause im scared of this pipe bomb I made to make a fuse out of taking alcohol and pouring it all over intill im at a safe distance away from the shockwave. is it a good idea? yes or no?

dont be a fucking pussy if your gonna make some thing that your affraid of dont make it, you can buy fusses that are pretty long or make an electronic detinator(dont ask me how) and the alcohol might not ignite it thats even if the flame makes it to the bomb it mostly depends on the surfise you do it on. im probably just talking out of my ass but really dont be a pussy lite it your self

Using a liquid for a delay would be unreliable and unpredictable. Also, if the alcohol has been allowed to evaporate (and it must, because only the vapors burn) you could have a flashover instead of the slow fuselike burn you're obviously expecting, igniting the device almost immediately.

But that's if you get lucky. If you don't, the wind will blow out your trail of alcohol before it even does anything, and if it doesn't it won't light the real, soild chemical fuse you have going into the device.
