i think you guys are getting two ideas confused. the car bomb clearing thing works by having c4 UNDER the water at an angle. and when the c4 explodes the water shoots in a sheet through the car. the one he is talking about directs where the explosion goes, not the water. will this work with like black powder shit or just high order?
