Last time he was beating on my sons friends door threatening to kill my son, his friend, and then the next morning after we called the cops and filed charges he put a note our mail box telling us he was going to kill our dogs.

My husband was passing on his motorcycle this afternoon and he yelled something off of his front porch about my husband driving by more quietly (this is the same asshole that blares a radio as loud as he can on his front porch until well after midnight just because someone in the neighborhood has pissed him off). After he said this my husband gunned his pipes more loudly because we hate the worthless piece of shit and keep hoping he will burn his house down again or accidentally shoot himself in the head and die, but no such luck yet. Anyway, after my husband gunned his pipes the SOB ran into his house and grabbed a fucking gun and pointed it at him like he was going to shoot him. We have already called the cops but every time we try and file charges the prosecuting attorney always manages to not be there when we have an appointment and then never calls us back when he is available.

So, any ideas. I have been searching around, but I still have some questions on Key Loggers, I wasn't sure where to put the thread as it is a prank, but also hacking kinda, and could also be used for stealing. In this context, its really a prank.

I'm talking about the kind which is inserted into the keyboard, like a chip and sends the info wirelessly to your laptop

1. Are they legal? (aus) (stupid question)
2. Where can they be obtained?
3. Reason for wanting one? (legal)
4. How much do they cost? (seen them on ebay for 2.5k :|)
5. Would it be better to encrypt the logger into an email or over msn?

Basically I'm after some pranks or maybe we shouldn't call it pranks because I want to do a lil more than that.

What I want is too cause some "harm" not body damage but financial maybe, not a lot, and not something the person will just meh can't be fucked paying to replace.

I want something that I can do that will cause this person round couple hundred bucks of damage that they "will" have to replace.
