Anyone ever get into the Super Smash Bros games? I never had it for nintendo 64 from forever ago, but I got it for the gamecube. Haha I became so obsessed with it I beat the whole thing so fast. I can't rememebr exactly how long it was, but whatever. My lil bro deleated my file once n I have never been so pissed in my life. He was only 6 tho. So far, seeing as how I don't own a wii, I've only played brawl once and I was dissapointed. What do you guys think?

About Brawl:

I thought it was a WAY overated half assed expansion to ***ee. The story was stale and stupid and some characters were too powerful (Snake) and others were way too weak (Olimar) And the Wii's online network blows. Friend codes? Hey NINTENDO how amd i supposed to remember a huge fucking number sequence? Fuck that how about Gamertags or PSN IDs? But really I was playing it and thing how is this worth a full price? Its a rehash of a game i already played, with MINIMAL additions. And another thing about the story is that most of the levels are completely uninspired and crappy CG cutscenes that are uselessly dramatic.

I haven't gotten to play Brawl yet, but chances are I'll be owning it shortly. My oldest brother played it, and said that he loved it and that it rocked.
I'm played both the 64 and GameCube version, so I'm hoping that my brother is right and that Brawl will be awesome.

Also, about the release date. Lots of release dates are moved because people announce a date years in advance and then realize it's not ready. Happens all the time.

It was overly bad or anything but just really unorigional... which is what exactly Nintendo does. Churns out crappy sequel one after another of good franchises that died long ago. AND PEOPLE BUY THEM

Well, people said that Zelda: Majora's Mask wasn't the best game, and that it sucked, but it's one of my favorites. So I'm thinking I'll like Brawl. Besides, I have to at least try it for myself.

The reason people buy the sequels is because they're A-a HUGE fan of the series (Zelda, Mario, etc), or if the former game sucked then they're hoping that the next game will be better. Yes, some of the games they make aren't the best, but some of their newest sequel games are also my favorites.

Yah I was like 6 and was the shit @ SSB for the Nintendo 64. It was great, when we had those huge ass controllers where u had to shove the rumble pack in the top. haha

I love SSB64 that was awesome. i am undefeated between my friends. A couple months ago i bought a gamecube for thirty bucks just for ***ee(and maybe some zelda games) but i also love ***ee. i am pretty good at that but nowhere near undefeated. and as for Brawl, idk it looks fun but i dont have a Wii. everyone in my school is obsessed with it. there was a competition winner gets fifty bucks and somehow the retarded kid won..
