Whats your favorite Final Fantasy?

mines FF7 of course... the graphics were cutting edge for its time (it was the first 3d Final Fantasy) and the storyline was excellent and.... Sephiroth OWNS!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who doesn't say 7..SHAME!

The story line sets it apart from everything and the fact that Aeris dies is a plus.

One of my all time favorites.

Honestly i didnt like 7 that much. I only played it recently (thats prolly why) and that was after i played ffx, causing me to think "wtf is this piece of ps1 shit" I would have to say ffx is my personal fav though

w/e 7 is the best.

i like X2 but it was too easy.

8 was okay just got *****g.

and i agree with cuddz's remark about 1.

My favorite is the first.

But I think the best is 8. Even if everyone ever relies on GFs.

I have yet to see a Final Fantasy with an actually good storyline, though. 7 really didn't impress me with what I saw, it came off as pretty lame for me, 8's was pretty good but you figure everything out a week before the characters do.

7 Was only 2.5 of 5 for me. It takes FOREVER to get out of Midgar in the beginning, and the story is really slow. I like Tactics, IX, X, and XII is pretty cool
