Hmm, I never have tryed Linux nor do I know anyone who owns it so I can't judge it but I really like how the windows xp style is set up.

Linux isn't targeted as much as windows is so ...for the time being, yes it is much more secure than windows

Ohh, well it's definitely not as easy to upgrade a store bought mac, But If you take the time and effort to build a macintel you'll get the best of both worlds

About 95% or more of viruses out there are written for Windows and therefore won't work on Linux.

Well I wouldn't mind using it if it looks good, that's why I can't stand Mac's I hate them. You can't even upgrade them.

They look kick ass, there's a bunch of different themes, and the way it looks (along with everything else) is fully customizable. It also has different window managers.
