I had a total of 3 tablespoonfuls of freshly ground nutmeg. Try one tablespoon. If you happen to like the effects, then on subsequent explorations, use slightly more. Take care to avoid eating MAO inhibitors, such as cocoa, during the nutmeg session, or from mixing drugs, which may cause unknown effects. Ok theres acouple ways.

1. If you have a whip cream can, You know when you spray it but just air comes out. Thats what you want to inhale. Now this is not good for you at all! But it does give you a easy high for a little bit of time.

2. Pills. Prosac, Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa and more.

3. LSD is found in Morning Glory seeds, as well several other plants whose names I do not recall at the moment. You will need to eat between 6g and 10g of seeds. I am not sure what the toxic dose is, so dont try more than 10g without some experimentation. The best varieties are Heavenly Blue, Flying Saucers and Perly Gates.

4. Legal Herbs, I've made a post on this before, Over 100 Legal herbs that you can buy at a store. (I smoked kava kava yesterday, It works very well)

5. Caffiene, Covers it.

There appears to be a lot of confusion around this sort of issue. "LSA" can refer to a group of chemicals, the lysergic acid amides. This term is most often used in reference to the chemicals found in Morning Glory and Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds, the chemical d-lysergic acid amide which is psychoactive and is sometimes compared t LSD in activity. LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) is, technically, an LSA itself.

The trips you have had were almost certainly all LSD. LSD is one of the few recreational drugs which are active at doses small enough to fit on a hit of blotter paper. The variety of effects people experience from a substance like LSD can usually be attributed to factors such as mood, set, setting, natural variations in body chemistry, interactions with other drugs in the system, etc. Other chemicals, such as DOB, occur on street blotter, but its quite rare.

The effects of naturally occurring LSA are generally much less stimulating and more sedating than those of LSD. LSA also requires about 10 to 20 times the dose of LSD and thus is possible to fit on blotter, but is extre***y unlikely to be found that way. This would also have to be completely refined LSA and the effects would be noticeably shorter.

To start of lets talk about what this is. First of all the real name is Harmal. But most call is Syrain Rue. Syrain Rue Seeds are mildly hallucenogenic in their own right and considered sacred throughout the Middle East and Parts of Asia for centuries. Syrian Rue Seeds are an MAO inhibitor. Syrian rue seeds contain harmine and harmaline. Take extreme caution with syrian rue, some people can have very bad reactions to harmaline-harmala.

Next off how to make and take.

You will need the following:
2 lbs Syrian Rue (crushed in a coffee grinder)
1 lb Mimosa Hostilis Rootbark
RealLemon lemonjuice
6-10 gallons distilled water
2 Large pots
Pyrex Baking dish (I like the big rectangle ones)

First, take half of the mimosa hostilis, and break it up, smash it, do whatever you like to make it into small pieces (I usually break it up by hand to ensure that there are no large chunks)

Second, add enough water to sufficiently cover the red mass in the bottom of the pot, place on stove on medium heat, bring to boil.

When the mixture begins to boil, add lemonjuice (slowly!! small squirts...) until 'soap suds' type bubbles begin to appear (multicolored and small), this seems to be a high enough acidity for what we're after. Watch it carefully, you want to keep enough water in the pot to keep the mimosa well submersed, I like to put a cover on the pot (one with a hole in it, use less water this way)

Boil for 3 hours

Btrain the bark from the liquid.
Place magic liquid in the other large pot, bring to slow boil.
Place parched bark back in the original pot, adding water, lemonjuice, same as before, boil for another 3 hours
strain, and throw away bark.

Place second magic fluid, in the same pot as the first, next boil it, until there's about an inch of fluid on the bottom.

Pour the now more powerful magic fluid into the pyrex baking dish, and put on LOW heat (notice I stressed 'LOW').

After a while, red bubbles will begin to form, as long as they keep popping, when the bubbles begin to 'blow up' or the fluid becomes elastic like, remove it from the heat.

Next is the worst step: (if you find a better way, let me know)
Put a cloth over the now magic sludge, making sure the cloth does not droop into the good stuff, put it away, and let it cure
the bigger the recipe, the longer the wait.

Curing is done, when you can scrape a red solid from the dish with a razorblade,(you'll wish you could use a jackhammer to remove it).

This will make a high but unknown amount of 'doses' depending on potency of the jurema, and where you get it.

Now the fun Part:
Go buy a bunch of gelcaps.
Some people may begin with:
6-10 grams Syrian Rue
3-4 grams of the now Magic red sticky crap

Dosing goes accordingly
If dosing 6 grams Syrian rue, break dose into 3 parts, eat 2 grams every 5 minutes (15 minutes total here, try not to exceed 30 minutes for this part)

When syrian rue dose is complete, wait 20 minutes
Magic red sticky crap should be broken into 2 doses
again every 5 minutes

The above dose tends to last 2-4 hours of visuals, colors, closed eye visuals, sounds, laughing fits.

Seems to me that the more syrian rue that is consumed, the longer the duration of the trip, when more of the red stuff, doesn't seem to prolong, but seems to intensify. Please be safe when doing this.

Yellow flowers bloom during the summer and early fall. Insects are repelled by its s***l, so wormwood oil or wash may be rubbed onto human skin, animal fur, or garden plants as a natural insect repellant. In some parts of Europe, wormwood sprigs are placed in closets and cupboards to keep away moths, weevils, and other insects.

Wormwood and other species of Artemisia contain substances with a bitter taste. Some research into their use for a wider variety of drugs is in early stages. Dosage and Administration

Summary

Taking wormwood by mouth is not safe. Oral use of wormwood is discouraged.

Risks

A cannabinoid-like chemical known as thujone in wormwood makes it unsafe to take by mouth -- particularly for pregnant women and individuals who have epilepsy or gastrointestinal disorders. Side Effect

Interactions

Yes there is better types of morning glory seeds then others. You just have to look around. I purchase Flying Saucers, which i understand to contain less LSA than the more potent Pearly Gates or Heavenly Blues but its cheaper and port hustle is a cheap guy.

The fastest way to get lots of mushrooms (of any kind) is to use bulk substrates, inoculated with a select strain from a clone which has evinced quick colonization as well as quick fruiting capabilities, and of course huge returns. You'd need a huge pressure cooker (well, probably an autoclave), and a warehouse.

Do you mean shroom tea, If so.

Chop/grind your mushrooms as fine as you can. Put them in some empty teabags (If they dont have these at a grocery/herbalist/GNC/health food store near you then get them online, They're extre***y inexpensive) and staple the bags shut. Pour some fairly hot but NOT boiling water into a large mug and put in a teabag of some strongly flavored tea such as earl grey or regular black tea or something. Herbal teas are fine too, But you just want something with a strong flavor. Put in the mushroom teabags, too. Let it step for about 20 minutes and cover the top to help keep in a bit of the heat. Sweetin it with honey or whatever, discard the tea bags, and sip it over the course of about 15 minutes to half an hour.

Ok theres acouple ways.

1. If you have a whip cream can, You know when you spray it but just air comes out. Thats what you want to inhale. Now this is not good for you at all! But it does give you a easy high for a little bit of time.

2. Pills. Prosac, Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa and more.

3. LSD is found in Morning Glory seeds, as well several other plants whose names I do not recall at the moment. You will need to eat between 6g and 10g of seeds. I am not sure what the toxic dose is, so dont try more than 10g without some experimentation. The best varieties are Heavenly Blue, Flying Saucers and Perly Gates.

4. Legal Herbs, I've made a post on this before, Over 100 Legal herbs that you can buy at a store. (I smoked kava kava yesterday, It works very well)

5. Caffiene, Covers it.
