Hydro is just hydroponically grown marijuana. It is no different than the same strain of weed grown in soil. Medical marijuana is probly hydroponically grown. It also probly has exact amounts of THC to aid what ever ailment its being used to treat.

1) Chyronic is a street name for weed. All weed. Not good , not bad, all weed. No cocaine. There are no "salts in cocaine". Cocaine is razor sharp little crystals that turn muscle tissue into mush. Yes it can be smoked in its powder form with weed, but dont ash the joint or you'll waste alot.
2) Marinol is a pill containing thc that is prescribed to patients who are recieveng chemotherapy and suffering from naussea. It is not medical marijuana. Medical marijuana is marijuana for medicinal purposes, usually for patients who dont get relief from the marinol. It is now prescribed for all sorts of ailments in states where laws permit its use. Most of it is grown on govt owned farms. Soil base.
3) Hydro is not a strain of weed. It is a method of growing. It's only purpose is for year round growing. There are added benefits of no pests or thiefs.

I knew it was really good cuz I was at work at Wendy's, taking out the trash, and I'd take the trash out to this huge storage trash smasher thingy that was enclosed by brick walls, so I went inside the walls and my homie that I worked with had a pipe and some weed hidden there for me to try (he and I would take turns taking out the trash so we could toque up). The weed was really dank and sticky and I hadn't had it before so I was like what the fuck, but started hittin' it anyways. so about 3 or 4 hits into the bowl it was all pretty much burned out but I had a little bud in my hand that I was holdin' still, so I went to put the last bud on when I dropped it on the ground (and this was at night so I had a hard time seeing where I dropped it). So I got down on my hands and knees with my lighter trying to find the little fucker and when I finally did, I tried to get back up off the ground, but for the fucking LIFE of me I could not perform the simple task of dragging my ass off the ground. I tried, and tried, and tried some more to push myself up off the ground onto my feet, but all I would do is get stuck half way in a sort of push-up position, struggling with all my might to get back up... I kept trying and trying and was soooo fucked up that it took me literally 5 fuckin' minutes to get up off the ground... LMAO. when I got back into work, the boss was like "where the hell have you been!?" and I was so baked that I just didn't say one word to her and went right on back working, LOL... now that was some "knock your ass to the grass" weed!!!
