if it's an actual video and not a fake, which just says a time and a need for a liscence, you could always attempt to strip off the liscence coding in notepad, but good luck doing that yourself, it's pretty damn confusing to look at a wmv file....

it usually prompts me and then d/ls the license itself

yes, and along with the liscence, viruses, adware, spyware, and whatever else it feels is in the liscence.....
