Smash the dsik. Find a way around the blocks and delete it from the C:\ drive. disable auto update from control panel. Good luck, I have never had to deal with that program.

what's synchronize, and why cant you learn to use common sense and end the process, create a rule in the firewall/antivirus to dissallow it from starting, remove all the reg keys for it, et cetera?!?!?!?! know the goddamn thing you are exploiting....
