So I found a wallet while walking through Target. It includes a bunch of crap but most notable a Visa credit card and a citizens bank gold debit card. What can I do with these little plastic fortunes without getting caught? I know how risky this is, so would making a fake account for let's say amazon, ship it to an abandoned address, get me caught in any way? I'm curious as to how the system works. Thanks anarchists!

Ip trackers

Order something from a pay phone
have it sent ups to an abandoned house overnight
call ups the next day tell them you wont be home and need to come pick it up.

Just have it sent to a name like customer
or something they cant check id for.

You could find your local ho***ess person nd have them pick it up from the abandoned house nd drop it into your backyard, mailbox or in a park tunnel. thn have them meet u somewhere, nd tip them like 10 bucks.

In other words, pay them ten bucks to steal what you bought and put the litter in your backyard.

What deuce says is probably the safest thing to do, but make sure to only use fake, but convincing information.

The weakest link in any security chain is always the human. Remember that.

Go to a low-class store that is unlikely to have cameras. Wear a hat and sunglasses. Credit cards require nothing but a signature. Does this wallet have a social security card or birth certificate?

why would the wallet have a birth certificate?
chances are they realized they lost their wallet and canceled all their shit by now.
