your rights are for the most part owned by the school when you are on their property. in my school in the US the give everybody all the rules and punishments and everything..then they make you signature everything so they have proof that you understand all of the rules and know what will happen..and in that whole packet it says that the lockers are technically school property so they can open up any locker at any time with no notice to the person using it. so i don't know about your school but if you were going to be hiding something i would find somebody who does not use their locker and use it with out them knowing so in the worst case the school looks in it and found something and the real owner says the classic "i don't know how it got there, ive never seen that before. thats not mine"

thanks. that sucks. i got i deodorant can, used a can opener on the bottom and then glued a plastic cup that fitted perfectly inside the can to the bottom that i cut off with the can opener. now all i have to to is pull the bottom of the deodorant can and it comes out.

i go to school in australia also, they have no right to search your bag, unless theres a honest suspicion of some illegal banned items in there but they still do, so im guessing they can also check your locker
