There is only one answer: Reading.
Google all day and read all day is the only real way to get good.

Get programming books and take classes for this...
If you are in Highschool, there should be classes at your school specifically for programming. That's not a guarantee, since I have been to schools that don't have it- just saying that most do.

On the other hand, if you have your Diploma, G.E.D. or other equivalence degree, they have post-highschool classes that pretty much anyone can take.
You don't need any pre-knowledge other than a diploma of some sort.

I believe that would also depend on where you are and who is running the place, that is what they do down here.

Fuck C.

C#.net, c++ and Assembly.

Anyone who claims either of those languages are crap either:
a) Is not a programmer.
b) Lacks mental capacity.
c) Is shit stirring.

I would have to argue that C is a better programming language than C++. C++ is great for beginners, although in the larger comprehensions of the language, C++ can be great, C is great even with little understanding, because formatted strings are one of the things that make C powerful. Also, you forgot lisp.

Lmao, C probably is better than C++ - I just don't like C :P
